Submissions

NAKhub accepts submissions on many topics, including news, opinion, book or movie reviews, rebuttals to other NAKhub articles, and much more, provided they meet the criteria below.

All submissions…

  • must be written in English.
  • must be well written. Articles must be easily readable, with proper spelling and grammar.
  • must be the author’s own work.
  • must be well sourced. Sources should be hyperlinked where appropriate. All assertions (excluding personal testimony) not considered common knowledge should be sourced. Additionally, definitions to terms that aren’t common knowledge (i.e. “Overton Window“) should be included within the article or should be linked.
  • may include, in addition to the article itself, a short biography of the author (1-2 sentences) and (if desired) a clear picture of the author. An author page will be created to include the biography, and will be updated with the most recent submission’s biography. Hyperlinks are allowed and encouraged.
  • must not directly promote violence towards any individual or group.
  • must not be libelous against any person or organization.

Additionally, news submissions…

  • must be at least 300 words. On rare occasions, an exception can be made when appropriate.
  • must be written without bias, and for a general audience. Submissions with the purpose of proving a point will not be accepted as news.

Additionally, opinion submissions…

  • must be at least 500 words. Preferably, submissions should be between 600 and 1000 words, but can be longer.
  • must disclose any conflict of interest within an “Author’s note” at the bottom of the article.

By submitting, you agree to the following:

  • Submissions, if accepted, will appear exclusively on NAKhub.com. To publish elsewhere, permission must be granted from NAKhub editors.
  • NAKhub editors may make small modifications to the submission before publishing to correct for spelling and grammar (if necessary).

To submit an article:

  • Please send your submission(s) to submissions@nakhub.com
  • Articles should be attached as a word document (.doc or .docx)
  • A short 1-2 sentence author biography should be included in the word document. If desired, an author picture can also be included.
